Simple Stir Fry For Lazy Lunch

My promise of eating veges once a week, today is a simple stir fry with white rice.


Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 cup sweet corn, sliced thinly
1/2 red pepper or chili, deseeded and sliced thinly
1/2 cup brocolli
1 bowl bak choy
1/2 cup pleurotte mushroom

Washed and prepare the vegetables. Heat oil in a wok and add crushed garlic. Add sweet corn, cook for 2 minutes or until it soften. Add other vegetables and soy sauce, fry for few more minutes.

Serve warm with rice.
