Dang, don't know what to write on this post, I will put up the recipe (so easy to prepare) and the photos instead..

It's too cold and seems that my brain froze with the weather too...

Heirloom Tomatoes - washed and quartered

Mozarella cheese - cubed

Basil Leaves

Olive Oil

Sea Salt
