At last
Almost 4 years in the Middle East, at last today, we got to try the camel meat. Louisa and Rayan bit reluctant to try but after much persuasion, they give in but only for few bites.
I just simply grill it in the pan, so that we can really taste the flavour of the meat. Not even pepper or salt. The meat are so dark, no particular taste, more chewy than beef meat, or maybe because the butcher in the supermarket didn't cut it properly.
Now all I can say, we can die peacefully, knowing that we've tried the camel meat :P
