Praline Macarons & Chocolate Ganache "Catarons"

After 2 years hiatus of baking macarons, I'm here again to give it another try; The last time I did, it came out flat or wonky, sore to the eyes, but still delicious..that's what I remember.

This time, I decided to give another go after I saw a friend posted a photo of her girl making some macs. I remember that I still have a pack of ground almonds that I have to finish before summer.

After 2 years, I guess I still can do it without any accident..everything  came out perfect even these little kitties look perfectly happy.
