Pickled Chilies

It's amazing, I'm going to make an entry just for the pickled chilies. If you familiar with South East Asian foods specially Chinese cuisine, you must be familiar to this pickled chilies. It's a most sort after condiment when you havingyour noodles or even fried rice.

Before, I always wondering how they do it, the chilies were pickled but yet it still have the freshness when you bite on in.

I found the recipe here and there and end up mixing it all up. Only 3 ingredients and that's it.

 
Pickled Chilies
 
Ingredients:
100 g Fresh Chili, sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup any regular vinegar
 
Prepare the chilies and transfer into a jar. Bring the vinegar to boil with the sugar. Once the vinegar boil and sugar dissolve, remove from fire and let it cool down before pour the liquid into the jar. Let it sit overnight or at least a couple of hours before eating.
