Homemade Praline Powder

Picture tutorial for making homemade praline

Basic Ingredients:
100 g of any type of nuts, I used hazelnut, almond and peanut and lightly toasted and peel of the skin
100 g sugar

Add sugar and nuts in a pan, use medium heat

Lower the heat and stir until sugar is dissolved and turning into golden colour

Swirl the pan occasionally to make sure all the nuts are evenly coated
Remove from the heat and pour the praline on baking sheet and let it cool completely

Once cool, break to pieces

In a food processor, grind praline into fine powder, the praline powder
is ready to use or keep in airtight container in the refrigerator
