Microwave Potato Chips..
No jokes...and it's delicious, no need to heat 100 litres of oil, and most important, you won't stink of frying..
Microwave Potato Chips
Ingredients:
Potatoes, washed and pat dry
Canola/Olive Oil for coating
Salt
Slice thinly the potatoes. Toss slices in the bowl together with oil and salt.
Coat large microwave-proof plate with a bit of oil, arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the plate.
Microwave uncovered for about 3 minutes on high. Turn the slices over and microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the chips on another plate and allow to cool. It will crisp more as they cool.
Repeat with the remaining slices.
