Lebanese Flower

Never did a restaurant review before, but there always be the first isn't it.

For the past few months, we always drives through this restaurant, and seems that it's always full especially at night. And last week, a classmate of mine talked about it and it clicked me, maybe we should give a try. And even my arabic teacher told me it's one of the best lebanese restaurant here in Abu Dhabi.

When we entered the restaurant, I expect it to be very simple seating, with the waiters running around with their orders in the hand. I was wrong! We were greeted by a smart looking steward (is that what we called them?) wearing a suit and tie and ushered to our place. The place look calm, neat, clean and doesn't smell grill at all.  we noticed that we were the second customers of the day. We chose to seat at the back, quieter place. We were handed the menu, ok, it's look  simple with some photos of the orders.  We chose Lebanese Flower Grill - a bowl of lentil soup, a plate of mix grilled kefta, cubed meat & chicken, chicken wings and some manakesh (pizza slices), some keftas, falafel (a deep fried chickpeas balls) with tahini sauce - anything deep fried are delicious..., a plate of fries and lemon and mint juices. Once the orders were placed, few minutes after, a waiter dress in smart white shirt and black tie brought us a basket of some flat bread and mezze, consist of some pickle cucumbers, chilies, olives, fresh tomatoes, onion, cucumber, mint leaves, lemon slices and a bowl of hummus. That's what we call prompt service!

We left the restaurant feeling sooo full, satisfied and we even had some leftover for tonight (if we still hungry which I doubted). Definitely we will come here again.
